By Chief Procrastinator | March 25, 2010
Do you feel unwanted? Are you suffering from addiction of any sort? Are you always being bullied or victimized for a reason you doesn’t even know? Do you have anger issues? How about your relationships, are they good? Do you seem to lack something even though you almost have everything? You have probably not even considered Regression Therapy before.
If you tried everything in your power to deal with these problems, frustrated, angry for lack of results. Still have them to deal with. This article is a MUST read . Maybe you have never considered Regression Therapy, are curious to know if it can help in solving your problems. Regression therapy is one of the tools that can be used to help unlock your minds power. virtually releasing emotional baggage plaguing your life.
According to the Past Life Regression Therapy Center, Regression Therapy means facing the dark to encourage the light. It is a category of hypnotic therapy wherein the client is being assisted by a therapist to return to his past experiences with his mind still being conscious.
Experiences of the past, such as their adulthood, adolescence, early childhood, including still inside the mother’s womb. During this period the mind can bring past issues to the present or front of our minds. This is done with visualization, meditation and hynotherapy. This helps in finding the causes of problems, allowing the client freedom to go ahead, making changes needed in their life.
Past Life regression therapy on the other hand is slightly different from all of these. What makes it so different is that rather than recalling this life, a person will recall one that they lived previously.
There are many who cannot accept it, simply because the thought of existing in some previous life is just strange. The thing is though, there is actually proof that past lives are indeed a reality. While this might sometimes be discounted, there is an excess of evidence related to the topic which must be pursued.
Clients have spoken of life as an official in a foreign kingdom; vividly portraying the experiences fighting in war; hunting in the Stone Age. Having the same partner then as now in the present.
It is quite interesting when someone recalls a past memory. It becomes amazing when that memory can be verified with records. There can be parish records or even state records that will verify these instances, and it’s nothing short of incredible.
Though it may be difficult to believe, there have actually been documented reports of children that have recalled their past lives in detail. Better yet, they’ve been able to meet people that they had been related to in their past life.
It helps us today to know what happened to us in the past, because this formed some the way we look life today. This giving us an ultimate comprehension of ourselves.
Regression therapists coined a term called ‘Faulty Thoughts’. These are the negative thoughts that the individual himself has created in the previous life therefore carrying over emotional baggage and bad ‘karma’ into the present life.
Only the individual who have created this negative feeling can release the same feeling so that he could re-model his energy field into something positive. Some of the ways to release this is through forgiveness, karmic repayment, and re-patterning.
Forgiveness is based on the biblical scripture that reads, ‘Do unto others what you want others do unto you.’ Karmic repayment, from the word ‘karma’ (neither good nor bad; it is what our mentality is uttering that we should experience as a result of our previous actions), means correcting one’s negative behavior in order to repay them.
Only after undergoing these corrective measures can we re-pattern our energy fields by replacing them with gentleness, care, tranquility, and harmony.
Yes, it’s probably going to get very tiring. In spite of that, Regression Therapy has been responsible for impacting several lives. Anyone that has tried to go through this type of therapy has found that their lives have become much better, and they are much stronger people. That alone makes it worth it.
To achieve this, each client must have a strong commitment and know himself thoroughly and able to change the way he is expecting his life to be.
‘Regression Therapy,’ a fascinating subject. And you should seriously think about trying it yourself either just out of interest, to discover who you were in a previous life or to help you solve present day problems.
