It took several years but Emily at long last made up her mind that she had enough with her husband’s abusive drinking. She was fed up from seeing Barry come home in the early hours of the morning from drinking instead of spending much needed time with her and their three daughters. She was also sick of the third DUI Barry recently received. Moreover she was drained from manufacturing excuses for Barry when he couldn’t make it to work on time due to his problems with drinking. Not only this but she was anxious about the fact that their relationship was getting worse due to Barry’s careless and hazardous drinking. And lastly she was sick and tired of the risky financial jam into which he had put his family because of his excessive and careless drinking behavior.

Fortunately after Emily discussed this with Barry, and he saw that she was not joking, Barry told her that he had been quite disturbed by his hazardous and careless drinking behavior and that he was quite relieved to hear that Emily wanted to do something constructive about his hazardous and careless drinking behavior. As a result, he scheduled an appointment to see a doctor at the local alcohol rehab clinic.

Remote viewing is actually a psychic ability, and it lets you see people, places and objects not within your normal realm of five senses. In other words, you can’t see them by natural means, but you can use your own psychic ability, which is innate, by the way, to perceive things without having to actually directly experience them.
Don’t mistake remote viewing training as being the same as an out-of-body experience. Astral travel, or out-of-body experience, is where you travel incorporeally in spirit form to view a place or an event.

Has anyone ever said to you that anything is possible if you put your mind to it? If they did, they probably didn’t realize how right they were. It’s been known for many years that the subconscious mind can give any individual unlimited power. All you have to do is have the proper training, and spend the time doing it. In short, it controls the way you live your life. So we want to help you open all of those potential channels.
Despite the best efforts of some professionals, we all acknowledge the subconscious mind. It is the mind within the mind. It is the control board that directs our actions and our thoughts. It is the voice in your head that you hear when you are faced with a difficult or challenging situation. The script that our subconscious speaks to us is as unique as each individual in the world. Your subconscious mind is not the same as mine. Even if we were raised in the same house, under the same circumstances with the same parents. Your inner voice is just that, it is yours.
Understanding it all is probably the most difficult portion to training the subconscious mind. You have to be as knowledgeable about this topic and how your mind works before you can put anything into action. The easiest way to explain your subconscious mind power is by telling you it’s that voice you hear without anything being said. It’s kind of like that gut feeling you get when something isn’t right.
If those deep thoughts you have about yourself are negative then chances are better than not that you are not going to have the type of life that you want. The good news is that you can change the way you think about yourself. You can change the way the things that the subconscious mind says to start living the life you really want.
In the beginning it all revolves around affirmation. Just like young children need to be encouraged by positive thoughts, adults need the same. Although, when we get older the encouragement is nullified by paychecks and lack of recognition. So instead of running through the rest of your life on a negative path, you need to give yourself affirmation to have the life you should be living.
For example, you want to lose weight. Instead of thinking you are fat, repeat to yourself that you are your perfect weight. On a piece of paper you can write down the same phrase and carry it in your pocket, you can tap it to the mirror, make a ring tone out of it, and make it a screensaver at work. The point is to repeat the message enough that the subconscious mind picks up on the fact that this is what you think? and what it needs to be thinking.
The end result will allow you to change your life for the better. Keep in mind that this isn’t something you can change overnight, because you’ve spent years unknowingly training your subconscious mind to believe the negative thoughts. However, when you train properly, the positive thoughts will begin to surface. Here’s an example of one of my students who had to learn the hard way before joining my training sessions.
Here is an example of how your mind impacts your life, without you even realizing it on any given day. Let’s say that you wake up late one day. You say or think, ‘It’s going to be one of those days.’ You take a shower and find you are out of soap; you get dressed and spill coffee down your shirt on the way to the office. Again, you think ‘Yep, it is definitely going to be one of those days.’ You get to work and you are faced with one obstacle after another again, you are thinking that this is one of those days? and you even go as far as to think that it can’t get any worse? and it does.
While the average person is going to shrug this off and say it was coincidence that all of those things happened. There are not such things as coincidences, everything happens for a reason? and that reason is usually your subconscious mind delivering to you the things you think about.
There are many stories just like this one that gives astonishing accolades about the subconscious mind. Today, you can even find movies like The Secret that explain this quantum physics phenomenon over a person’s body. In short, our subconscious mind will react with and respond to reality, which eventually causes the actions throughout the day. Basically, our subconscious mind creates our path through life.
Crazy as this seems quantum physics is in agreement with this basic theory and it has been proved that at subatomic level, the existence of matter really is intrinsically linked with the mind of the observer. This is also what the ancient religions have been saying for many thousands of years.
Understanding the subconscious mind and its unlimited potential is only the beginning. If you truly want to change the way you live on this earth, then it starts with changing the way you think. It’s why there are people who are successful and people who fail. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to lose weight or gain financial freedom, the trick is to visualize the positive side of life and communicate it to your subconscious. Subconscious Mind Power Throughout History

The movie Field of Dreams had the phrase ‘If you build it, they will come’. When it comes to the power of your subconscious mind, it’s ‘If you think it, it will happen?’ Asking yourself what does the future hold is simple to answer: Whatever you want it to.
See, the power to create the life of your dreams, to change the person you are, to change the way things are in your life is all in your mind. The power of the mind is a beautiful thing, honestly. The mind has the power to heal us, to transcend us? to make us feel good or make us feel bad. The subconscious mind power that each of us have is enough to completely change the world? if we all would only take control of that power.
By now, you’re probably skeptical. Here are a few examples of how powerful your mind is. The example of greatest impact is the Placebo Effect; this shows that about 30% of all medicines can be replaced with a sugar pill in a control group, and the patient being told they’re getting medication, and the sugar pill works just like the actual medication can.
This example ? the placebo control ? is something that’s used repeatedly in all drug tests, and it’s something that scientists have to correct for in their data gathering. Placebo effects usually aren’t as strong, and they aren’t reliable; you can’t predict which person will react to a placebo and which needs the full drug before testing, but it’s still a valid medical testing concern.
Doctors even understand the importance of using the subconscious mind. In fact, next time you go to get a new prescription from your physician, see if he/she tells you about the side effects. Most likely not, because they don’t want to throw out all the negative aspects of taking a pill. Doing so will leave you either not wanting to take it, or ending up with the side effects even if they are unbelievably rare.
This suggestive power, and your subconscious mind power, used in concert, can unlock great potentials for you. It can work in the every day realm as readily as it does in the realm of medicine. This power of suggestion, the belief that if you focus on positive outcomes, you’ll get positive results, has been part of self help books since the 19th century, and is currently called the Law of Attraction.
Others though use visualization to alter the way their mind sees things. Visualization is simple, and it works. Visualization can be done a couple of ways. First you close your eyes and visualize what it is you want, actually see it as if you are looking at a picture.
As a visualization aid, some people like to focus on a picture, like buying a new car. Get a snap shot of the one you want. Even better, get a picture of you in that car. Put it where you can’t miss it and look at it every day. Focus on it, and then relax. You’ll find that your subconscious mind will focus your efforts on getting the car.
Even though this has been known for centuries, it’s taken our world this long to embrace it. Scientists from all around the world are beginning to understand the positive effects this can have on your life.
The prevailing view is that quantum effects are being manipulated by the observer effect. Some call it an energy field, but it’s more accurately described as the fact that if you observe a quantum effect, you are limited in the information you can retrieve from it. Wave forms collapse and probabilities realign.
More extreme attempts at this resemble solipsism, including the strange belief that matter and energy only exist when observed. (Which means that nothing outside your direct observation actually exists, including this article?don’t think about it, your head will hurt.)
Long before our time, ancient religions lived by their understanding of the subconscious mind. Those who were dedicated to their beliefs even transformed the subconscious mind into powers beyond the thought of man. Some may believe its religion, some may believe its science, but in the end just acknowledging that it’s there is important.
So if you could change your life just by thinking about it, wouldn’t you? All you have to do is harness your subconscious mind power. Use it to your advantage instead of letting it control you. Spend the next week using affirmations or visualization techniques to acquire what you want. Make it something small at first and when you see that it works make yourself a new life by developing your subconscious mind power.

While his family was struggling to make ends meet, these voices were saying, ‘If you build it they will come.’ Eventually it came to pass that he thought these inner voices were telling him to build a baseball field. This inner voice was his subconscious mind talking.
Your subconscious mind power will make you the person you want to be, create the life you want, and change things as they are to the way you want them to be; all from your subconscious mind. The mind is truly powerful and beautiful. With our subconscious minds, we can heal, transcend, feel good; or feel bad. A surprising effect happens with many, many trials. That is, those who get the placebo pill still often show similar results to those who get the actual drug. No one quite knows why, but oftentimes, the people getting the placebo show at least some benefit (perhaps not to the same intensity as the drug, but still experience benefits), even though the pill they’ve gotten has NO medical benefits whatsoever, as an inert substance. They also may experience ’side effects’ that they’ve been told the actual medication will give them, again, even though they’ve taken an inert substance. Why is this true? These people were told what the medication would do, and if they believed they were being given the real pill, their subconscious minds often gave them the ‘benefits’ and ’side effects’ of the real drug.
Think about this in your own situation. Perhaps you haven’t been involved in any medical trials, but when you go to the doctor, are you told a specific medication is going to give you side effects? If the doctor minimizes side effects to you, don’t be surprised. A doctor knows how powerful one’s mind is, and may actually think telling you will cause side effects; through the power of your subconscious mind. Therefore, a doctor may minimize these negative things, in the hopes that you won’t experience them. Suggesting them, in other words, may increase your chances of having side effects. And of course, they also want you to be compliant with taking the medication, so that’s another reason to minimize the negative effects of the drug.
So as you can see, the subconscious mind is incredibly powerful, and can produce powerful results, through both the power of the subconscious mind and the power of suggestion. And as it works in medicine, so, too, can it work in your life to create positive change. What’s preventing you from tapping into this most amazing power? You may want to use the power of suggestion to change the way your subconscious mind ‘talks to you.’
While you can think about it all you want, there are several different ways to break the outer shell of the subconscious mind. The first thing we would like to see you do is close your eyes. Visualize just one thing that you want and picture the way your life would be if you had it. Now, just because you visualize a huge lottery win doesn’t mean it will happen. See, you have to play in order to win.
Once you’ve accomplished this beginning stage, let’s move on to the physical side of things. Maybe you’ve been mowing with a push mower for years and couldn’t imagine the difference if you had a riding lawn mower. Well, do the step above and picture yourself riding around cutting the grass without any exertion. Then, go down to the store where you saw it and take a picture of yourself sitting on it. Once you do this, place those pictures around your house, work, and anywhere else you deem necessary.
This has been common knowledge for years, but we’re just now starting to put it into action. Well, some of us anyways, others have already utilized their secret potential hidden within the subconscious mind.
Over the years, quantum physics has shed light on the ability to manipulate your pure energy with the mind. Oddly enough, it has also shown us that the energy wouldn’t even exist if not for the mind of the observer.
See, it may be hard to understand your first time going over the subject, but the subconscious mind is the reason your matter and energy is obtained. In the past we believed it to be the other way around. It’s a true testament to the fact that everything is created through the mind and why the subconscious mind is so powerful.
Remember how we were talking about the past and how others used it for many years. The most predominant area was amongst ancient religions. They were able to bring clarity to life and at times even accumulate supernatural powers. After being seen levitating off the ground and performing invisibility tactics, it was a true testament to what the future would hold. Somewhere along the lines we lost touch with this innovation, but thankfully it’s back in full swing.
What it comes down to is figuring out whether or not it’s for you. If you could change your life by thinking about it, wouldn’t you at least try it? Just try it out for the next week by simply using the affirmations process. When you’ve implanted this into your daily routine, move on to the visualization techniques we discussed earlier. The end result is you’ll be training and developing the subconscious mind the way it was supposed to be used.

How To Use Subconscious Mind Power To Communciate Over Long Distances

One of the best movies that sends a message about the power behind your subconscious mind has to be the Field of Dreams. You remember, it’s the story that revolves around the voice that says, ‘If you build it they will come.’ What if you asked yourself what will come? Well, actually it anything your heart (and mind) desires.
In order to make are your dreams a reality, you have to work at it. This may involve taking on another job, owning your own online business, or just having a better self-assurance about yourself. Whatever the case may be, it’s important to understand how this subconscious mind power can heal us spirituality, mentally, and physically. The only thing you have to do is take control of its power.
Still skeptical? Don’t worry, I figured most of you were, which is why I went through all my research and picked a few examples out for you. The easiest way it can be explained is by acknowledging the Placebo Effect. This is where a study occurs with two different groups. One group receives the medication that is ‘the real deal,’ while the other is simply a placebo. However, neither one of them know which has the real medicine and which group doesn’t.
Testing things this way allows the observers to understand the intensity of the real drug, and the benefits from thinking you’re taking a cure. It’s kind of like in the old days when people were given peppermint pills thinking they were real medicine. Oddly enough they ended up getting better, which is why the power of the subconscious mind can be unbelievable.
Doctors even understand the importance of using the subconscious mind. In fact, next time you go to get a new prescription from your physician, see if he/she tells you about the side effects. Most likely not, because they don’t want to throw out all the negative aspects of taking a pill. Doing so will leave you either not wanting to take it, or ending up with the side effects even if they are unbelievably rare.
Some people call this the ‘Power of Suggestion.’ When you can combine this with the power of the subconscious mind, the results are unlimited. Seriously, if we already see it work on a medical standpoint, it needs to be used in everyday life. Is it possible? Of course it is, which is why you see so many people strutting their stuff down the street and enjoying their successes.
Or, you may want to use visualization to alter the way you see things. Visualization is a simple technique that really, truly works. You can do this a couple of ways. Try this; close your eyes and visualize what you want. See it as though you’re looking at it from your perspective, with it right in front of you.
We recommend trying the physical picture. A great way to do this is by cutting out a picture of what you want in life. It may be a new car, money, or even your dream home. Then start looking at it everyday. Maybe you place one picture at work, one at home, and one in the car. In doing this you will allow the subconscious mind to take shape and understand what you want next. In time you will be able to make your vision a reality.

Try it; spend the next week or so using visualization techniques or affirmations (or a combination of both) to get what you want. Start small so that you can get acclimated to this new power. Once you see that it works, change your life by changing the way you think;literally. Develop the power your subconscious mind, sit back, and watch what happens.
