This doesn’t mean you go out and start shopping ladies. It does mean doing something for yourself. You could take some time to be alone without any distractions and just enjoy the pleasure of your own company.

4. Video and board games
Games can be a great way to relieve stress. Put some thought into who you invite to play with to make sure you avoid the game becoming to intense and stressful. There are some great free software games you can download off the internet that are great to help relieve stress

Make sure you get enough rest. Interrupting your sleeping habits can cause serious stress on your mind and body. Resting means not constantly thinking and worrying. This may sound impossible but you can control how you react to worrying and constant what-if thoughts about work or money.

You do not need to do all of the above right away but you should start with one, get in the habit of doing it regularly and then start the next one. Remember that whatever you choose to do should help you to relax. Don’t wait start today.
